ABOUT US
Meet Our Team
In 1980, Village Wrap started as a group of individuals and family members meeting once a week for spiritual guidance and support. As a diverse group of family members and friends, they were able to support one another in addressing their needs by utilizing their individual strengths, expertise and knowledge.
They continued for more than twenty-five (25) years meeting as a group and sharing their knowledge and commitment to families in their respective communities. By 2006, we became a legal entity and Village Wrap, Inc, was born.
Today, Village Wrap, Incorporated, is a multi-service—community-based, human service organization. It is a 501(c)(3) and licensed by The Division of Addiction Services of NJ to provide Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Services.
It has “The Right People, The Right Place and The Right Plan” for families and individuals seeking help for their diverse challenges.
Village Wrap, Incorporated, is staffed with degreed and non-degreed team members waiting to assist with a variety of services and supports that is tailored to meet the need(s) as of all clients.
Founder and CEO of Village Wrap Inc., Jennifer Davis, has dedicated her life to supporting vulnerable populations in southern New Jersey. For many years, she lent her talents and expertise at the national level providing consultation to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration. Through her personal experience as a parent of children with mental/behavioral needs, she provided consultation to CMHS and System of Care Communities across the country to ensure family voice, access and empowerment. Her personal history made her role as the Family Consultant on the Site Visit Team critical in monitoring Cooperative Agreements to reform children’s mental health systems for families and youth. She brings personal experience with child-serving systems including: Medicaid, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Juvenile Justice, Child Welfare and Special Education.
With over 21 years of sobriety and more than 10 years as both a clinician and administrator of her substance abuse treatment facility, Jennifer has developed innovative programs to treat youth, families and individuals challenged with mental, emotional, behavioral and substance abuse challenges. Her vision is to continue to provide culturally and linguistically competent services for those seeking help in a safe environment where our participants will heal, learn and prepare for lifelong sobriety. Last but not least, Jennifer has been through it all… firsthand. She knows what works and what doesn’t, and will be honored if you allow her to help you or your loved one put an end to their addiction. When you walk through the doors of Village Wrap, Inc., you will know you have arrived at the right place.
Today... there are many challenges that we face and help is only a phone call away! Call us at 856 240 1417 and come to the right place.
